在實際應用中，部分用戶可能需要同時接入多臺風機。每臺風機分開接線，不僅會提高成本，還會讓風機接線及操控變得很繁瑣，而風機控制器可解決上述問題。一臺風機控制器可同時調(diào)節(jié)多臺風機，通過操作顯示屏不僅可實現(xiàn)任意一臺風機調(diào)速，還可以實現(xiàn)風機群控及狀態(tài)監(jiān)測。

In practical applications, some users may need to access multiple fans at the same time. Separate wiring for each fan will not only increase the cost, but also make the  wiring and control become very cumbersome, while the fan controller can solve the above problems.One fan filter units control system can adjust multiple fans at the same time.By operating the display screen, it can not only realize the speed control of any fan, but also realize the fan group control and state monitoring.

風機控制器操作步驟，

以ebmpapstR3G355-AM14-61風機為例：

接線總共分五步：

Take ebmpapst R3G355-AM14-61 fan as an example:

There are five steps:

第一步：將風機零線和火線接入230V交流電源

Step 1: Connect the zero and fire wires of the fan to the 230V AC power supply.

第二步：將風機RS485通信線通過適配器插入控制電腦的USB接口

Step 2: Plug the fan RS485 communication cable into the USB port of the control computer via an adapter.

第三步：登錄EC control，將風機物理地址修改成1

Step 3: log into EC control and change the fan physical address to 1.

第四步：操作風機控制器，將IP值設(shè)為0，進入設(shè)置界選擇風機數(shù)量為1，此時即可實現(xiàn)風機群控功能，調(diào)節(jié)占空比演示調(diào)速過程。將IP值設(shè)為1，此時只能控制IP為1的單臺風機，調(diào)節(jié)占空比演示調(diào)速過程。（因設(shè)備數(shù)量有限，只操作單臺風機）

Step 4:Operate the fan controller, set the IP address to 0, and enter the setting interface to select the number of fans as 1. At this time, you can realize the function of group control of fans and adjust the duty cycle to demonstrate the process of speed regulation. Set the IP address to 1,now only a single fan with an IP of 1 can be controlled, adjust the duty cycle to demonstrate the speed control process. (Due to the limited number of devices, only a single fan can be operated)

第五步：點擊風機控制器監(jiān)測界面可實時查看所有風機運行狀態(tài)，綠色表示風機正在運行，黃色表示風機停機，灰色表示風機通信異常，紅色表示風機故障。

Step 5: Click on the fan controller monitoring interface to view all fans operation status in real time. Green indicates that the fan is running. Yellow indicates that the fan is stopped. Gray indicates abnormal fan communication. Red indicates that the fan is faulty.
